DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!!! They are RIP OFF artists! My daughter called them to replace the torsion springs (normally a job that costs less than $250). By the time they were done the bill was $499.77! Among other things they said her cables needed to be replaced and they added $119.00.( A set of 7ft. cables cost $7.99) In fact the retail on all the parts if you bought them yourself would be less than $90.00. My daughter is a young wife with 2 children living on a single income. They had her in tears! In fact the door was not working the next day and she was afraid to call them for warranty work because she thought they might try to say something else was wrong and add additional charges. They were even rude to her when she did call them. I spoke to Nate and voiced my displeasure with their tactics. Their only explanation was that they had to raise their service prices because construction demand for new door sales was down. I can't believe they can justify taking advantage

I had these guys come recommended from a contractor of mine and the original install of a new door and opener went well, etc. Not two months later there were issues, and they came out to have a look and ended up fixing the issues. Thereafter I came across more issues, which is when they started trying to charge me for trips out. Basically it was never right from the beginning and they even had the gall to tell me "we lose money if we have to keep coming out and not charging you." Maybe install it proper to begin with. Just a thought.

I was refered to all valley by my neighbor. He said they were honest, no bull , family owned company. I called and talked to Bill (owner). Told him i had a broken spring. He asked a few quetions about my door and then told me it would be 160.00 plus tax to change both springs. He explained why he recomended changing both, that they get the same amount of use and the other one would not be far behind and i would save a extra service call later. I told him i wanted to check around. He told me just to be careful of companys that wont give a firm $ over the phone, that they would show up and the bill would end up being 300.00 - 500.00 dollars and would change stuff that didnt need changed. Sure enough i called a few and never got a firm price. I called all valley and talked to one of the other family members and they had someone out that day. They changed both springs, lubed my door and opener. Very happy to be able to deal with a honest co. Would recomend them to anyone.

My serviceman Tom was a true professional. He installed 2 Liftmaster 3280's flawlessly and in a very expeditious manner. I'm quite a perfectionist, and I can truly say I would use Tom again without a doubt. The price of the garage door openers was the most competitive of all the bids I received. I'm very impressed with this company.

I love my new garage door opener, it even has a sensor to have the light come on when I step into the garage!! All Valley Garage Door did an excellent job, the installer even programed my car to open the new unit. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new door, repair or opener.
