Very dissatisfied with this company service. We used their service for over a year and we still have termites. The owner?s response was there are no guarantees. All sales no results!

I am very pleased with Bugout pest control. After having another pest control company come out and not fix my problem I called Bugout. The person who answered the phone was very nice and got me an appointment right away. When the technician came out they explained everything to me and most important they fixed my pest problem. I now feel like my home is my home again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that does what they say. Thanks , David N

This company really screwed me over. After getting my credit card number they came out and applied yard pesticides in the rain..After much back and forth they finally agreed to come apply the pesticides again at no charge. They never came . When I called the office about this I kept getting the same run around..."the tech will call you back" but they never did. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!

I used BugOut in 2007 when their business was top notch. I used them 2 months ago and realized after have them exterminate 2 times that their product is either watered down or just useless. I called them a third time and, of course, they wanted to keep charging the $45 follow up fee. I will never use them again. Times are hard and people want excellent service not a bunch of fees and no results. Call another exterminator, they'll give you the results you need.

Whenever I have needed an exterminator I call only Bugout. Troy is personable, knowledgeable and sensitive to the fact that I have multiple chemical sensitivity. He has thorough record-keeping and was able to tell me he was at my house six years ago.
