Chris was recommended to us by another master plumber who was not equipped to handle our job. His recommendation came based on the fact that Chris was not "ethically challenged" . This proved true. His estimate was up front, complete, and there were no hidden or surprise charges. He showed promptly at each appointment or called to let me know the one time he was running behind (probably due to the awful weather we had that week). He discussed several options with me along the way and explained the pros and cons of each. His invoice (which he emailed to us) was simple, understandable and legible, not a handwritten piece of scrap as I've gotten in the past. I will never call another plumber as long as C&B is still around. A surprisingly good experience when dealing with a contractor.
