My greatest concern is that the education of these children seems to be sadly lacking. I interviewed several of these boys that all agree that "the teacher sits in a corner and does not teach." "The teacher seems to be afraid of us." The only hope these boys have for a future is through educaiton and that needs to be addressed by OCFS.
