Big Valley Construction, LLC is a commercial/residential General Contractor with expertise, resources and capacity to successfully complete a wide range of projects. These projects include multi-family housing, custom homes, remodeling commercial core and shell, as well as commercial tenant finish. Big Valley Construction, LLC was established in August of 2000 by Troy and Judy Neiberger. Establishing an extensive commercial background in construction on the Front Range, Troy and his family decided to return to their roots of a small town community to raise their two children, Tanner and Logan. Big Valley Construction, LLC center of operations is located in Granby, CO. We have earned the trust of our customers, who have relied on our experience, performance, innovation, and integrity. This trust and customer satisfaction has contributed to a substantial piece of our residential and commercial business coming from customer referrals. All possible measures are taken in order to prevent damage to property and equipment, so that work interruptions can be avoided and to ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and requirements. All of our managers and field personnel have earned at least a 10 hour OSHA certification. Big Valley Construction, LLC strongly encourages weekly onsite safety meetings with Subcontractors and Owners for each job. Due to our assertiveness towards safety, Big Valley Construction, LLC has had zero lost time accidents since its establishment. Big Valley Construction, LLC prides itself on meeting strict schedules and budgets. Our managers and field personnel work with select local subcontractors as a tightly integrated team, ensuring that each project proceeds efficiently from start to finish.
