Worst CS I have ever experienced

Sadly I can't say how good of a job they do on upholstering… I can say that I have never in my entire life had a worse experience with customer service. I dropped of some couch cushions to be upholstered. I needed them for a large family reunion I was hosting more than two months later. I was told that it would 'probably take about 3 weeks' to get the job done. I also had to pay a $200 deposit. Eight weeks later and several phone calls later I was only given excuses about how busy they were and how someone had been 'off' for a couple of weeks and they were behind on orders. By then, I had to buy a new couch for the family reunion and when I asked to cancel the job I was told that I could cancel but they were keeping the deposit. After several more emails of them telling me that I was a liar for saying that I was told the job would take three weeks, I was finally told to come get my cushions and my refund and 'feel lucky' that they weren't keeping a restocking fee.BEWARE of the business! They were nice at first but like I said… I have never been insulted more or treated worse by a business in my life.

A great place for custom upholstery. Family run and lots of experience. Aggie did a fine job with a double couch seat from my RV. Highly recommended.
