My first impression of this company wasn't very good but that quickly changed after working with the manager Chip to resolve my issue. I was initially upset because my apartment complex advised us of certain times the painting job would be done and when we were welcomed to park in the garage again. I parked my car 30 minutes after instructed not knowing Cleaner Image was still working which led to dirt being blown all over my car preparing for the paint job the next day. As you can imagine- I was VERY FRUSTRATED however after dealing with Chip and knowing this was an issue with my apartment complex I was very happy with Cleaner Image offering to reimburse me for a car wash. My dirty car wasn't really their problem but they took it on themselves to help correct the issue. I would highly recommend this company- Our apartment garage now has striping again so they did a great job and are truly a great company to work with.

The two who did the power washing were super!!!! The two fellows who did the restriping were extremely impressive to watch!!!!! Wow! Talk about knowing what they were supposed to be doing......... Both crews were easy to talk to and exhibited a real desire to please. I hope that you can share this with not only the Owners but you have my permission to share these comments in an In-Service or training session. All four were very approachable, and as hot as it was, just took care of business........
