I took a coffee brewer to be repaired to this place and they changed the water line connector from a compression to a flat fitting without my consent and didn't tell me. So I take it to the business I had it at and couldn't hook it up. I called the owner, don, and asked him what he was going to do to fix the mistake HE clearly made. He gave me every excuse in the book and tried to pass it off as he was following factory fitting specs so it wasn't his mistake! So I had to, at my time and expert go to his business to get the correct connector since he refused to go fix it himself. I will never do business with him again and wouldnt recommend someone who doesn't own up to his mistakes and fix it right!
