Excellent service and the BEST pricing I could find. A lot of other companies I have used have a lower initial price but end up charging more with endless fees. Lakes disposal gave me a straight up price, they collect on time and have a friendly staff! I would highly recommend them!

Driver struck my basketball net with his truck. No apology from the driver. Called the company and was told a manager would call me back. Waited over a week and got no call. I called back and was put through to the owner. She told me they would not fix the damage unless I had video proof, even though my neighbor and I watched it happen and the driver admitted to hitting it. Choose any other company out there!!! That's terrible customer service and attitude!!

This company has exceeded my expectations! My son loves when the trash man comes to our house. He has shown him how he empties the trash can and then honks and waves. It makes my son so happy. I want them to know we appreciate all they do. Great service overall!

I’ve been a customer of Lakes for several years and have never had an issue. The trash and recycle is picked up every week and each time I call the ladies are pleasant. Great customer service and great drivers!!! Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. They are unreliable at best. Groot or Waste Mgt are far better choices.
