I've been assembling my retirement home at Lake McConaughy over the last three years (mobile home skirting 1st yr, roof & base for an attached garage 2nd yr, skirting for front addition and deck 3rd yr). Their service and product have been exceptional throughout this process. THANKS for making that aspect (materials, $, and professionalism) of these projects so easy. I have never been treated so nicely, great experience!

I am glad i found Flatiron Steel! These people truly care about the customer experience and have great products. I bought a roof through them and had a company do the installation. The process was smooth, easy, and completed in about a week from start to finish. If you want a fair deal give these guys a call seriously!

Very Fast and Friendly. There are a lot of affordable options. My wife and I choose the 3' Tuf Rib panel in a Dark Grey. LOOKS AWESOME. These people will treat you with respect and are knowledgeable!

36" Coverage Panels Corrugated Panels Standing Seam Metal Roofing Systems An Excellent Track Record Standing Seam is a hidden fastener roofing system that leaves no exposed fasteners. The panels support a floating action, expanding and contracting independent of insulation. These panels have been given the highest rating by the Underwriters Laboratories, and pass the Dade county Florida wind UL rating of 110 mph. Panels can be manufactured in 1" or 1.5" rib heights. Core- Ten and Cold Roll Steel (Weathering Steel): A Unique and Beautiful Look Both products are untreated steel that, once installed, produce an iron oxide matte finish. Core-Ten is produced out of 22 gauge material and is composed of a small percentage of Copper Nickel, and chromium alloys. These are insoluble elements that slow down the rust-regeneration process and give the Core-Ten product a longer lifecycle. Standard and Custom Trim: Detail trim flashing is made in house. Custom trim is available at no additional cost to you. Quality Paint: Chem-Jet PRIZM 40 FGTS CC with Toughshield Premium SMP coil coating system is a 40-year limited warranty agreement.
