Great, friendly doctors! Everyone was very helpful. I loved the selection of frames.

We took our daughters to The Eyecare Place three weeks ago. Initially, we were pleased at the service and the exam. However, today we called to find out when the glasses for my daughter would be ready. It was three weeks since we ordered them. The frames were not in yet and they had no idea when they would be ready. Someone would need to call me back on Monday. I questioned if I had not called today would they have even checked on her glasses. When I asked if this was their policy not to follow up, they hung up on me. I wasn not yelling or being impolite in any way. After I hung up the phone, my daughter wanted to know why they would treat a little girl like this. My thought exactly. They have officially lost us as a customer. Save your time. Find a place that continues to service the customer even after the sale.
