Dear Tracy, It's unfortunate you had to experience this and we appoligize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It was without our knowledge that Kevin was passing himself off as the owner. Kevin is no longer with our company. We are positive that if you would have been able to speak with myself(Matt,operations manager) or the actual owner, this problem would have been dealt with immediatly and in a possitive mannor.If for whatever reason,someone is not satified with our service,we will always do everything in our power to correct the situation and continue a possitive working relationship.
