Dr. Kimberly Henry and all of her staff were very friendly. Dr. Henry was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. I also appreciated her assistant Natalia. Natalia thoroughly explained the cost of the procedure, the pre-op and post-op procedures, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Natalia followed up with me quickly with the questions she had to confirm. My original surgery was done with Dr. Henry 8 years ago....so yes I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Difficult post-op healing but all the staff was great about phone calls and follow-up. I liked very much that live staff answered my calls during business hours. I also liked how consistently pleasant the staff was on each of my visits.

I have had several procedures done by Dr. Henry, from lesser too major, so I knew I not only would be in very skillful hands but also caring. When you arrive at her office you are received by her very friendly and knowledgeable staff who take very good care of you. As for Dr. Henry, she never says you need to have this and that done" as many doctors do, she listens to your goals and concerns and explains how to achieve them. As for the outcome, I am very happy with all my procedures, so much that I convinced my sister to come from Texas and have her face-lift and rhinoplasty done by Dr. Henry.

Dr. Henry her self and all of her staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their work. I have always been treated like the number one patient when I know that in fact they have hundreds. They treat each person and patient like you're the priority.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Henry approximately 15 years ago. I had some surgery performed by a well-known doc in the Los Angeles area which became painfully infected approx. a week later. I got Dr. Henry's contact info from the L.A. doc and she met me at her office on a Sunday. She took care of my problem and called me later that evening to see how I was doing. I have had some minor procedures done by her since and have recommended her highly to friends and family. My closest friend, who passed away this year, was very happy with her results and would Yelp on Dr. Henry's behalf herself if she could.

I had breast reduction surgery last Friday at Dr. Henry's Greenbrae surgical suite. From the moment I walked in that morning, naturally a bit nervous, but mostly excited, I was treated like a princess. The staff and nurses were all wonderful and gentle and sweet as could be while I was prepped for surgery. The radio was even set to my favorite music while I waited and that relaxed me even further. When Dr. Henry came in to do final measurements and photos, I was reminded once more of her wonderful warm bedside manner. She made me feel very relaxed and I knew that I was in expert hands. When it was time, I was led into the immaculate OR and placed into a very comfortable warmed up table and covered up snugly. The anesthesiologist was a dream and very gentle as he inserted the IV. I recovered from the anesthetic and went home to begin my recuperation. All the medicines are prescribed and scheduled in such a way that I never had a moment's nausea or stomach discomfort. I had no pain and despite being in a sports bra and heavily bandaged which would be uncomfortable regardless, I felt very good and knew that I could call Dr. Henry's office at any time should I have any concerns. The next morning Dr. Henry called me to check on me and was so kind and solicitous and told me how well everything had gone. It was a great comfort to hear her voice the next day. Today I had my first post-op appointment and was thrilled at Dr. Henry's artistry. I have virtually no bruising and my breasts are healing very well and they look amazing already. I can only imagine what they will look like when I have completely recovered. My clothes fit better already and I feel like a million bucks. The staff at the Greenbrae office (which is the only office I have visited) is amazing. They are positive, detailed, and I received many calls in the weeks before the surgery making sure I had everything I needed and to make sure that if I had any questions they were there for me at any time. I will write a review after each visit so that others interested in having this procedure can see how wonderful my experience continues to be. I cannot say enough about Dr. Henry but I will certainly try in the coming weeks because she deserves every accolade that I can give her

My experience with Dr. Henry and her staff has been very positive. The information the doctor gave me for my requested procedures made is exactly what I need to make my informed decision. I look better than I had ever expected.

I did a face plant on a sidewalk fire hydrant getting off the ferry, and will always be thankful that Dr. Henry was the Plastic Surgeon on duty when I arrived at the Emergency Room with my mouth and upper lip cut open through the entire face. Calm and efficient, as I would have expected, she was just brilliant with the stitches that eventually ran from the side of my nose down through my lip, closing my face up as well as my lip, I'm 65 and my skin is thinning, so it was delicate work. But she was very reassuring and talked easily about what she was doing as she sewed up my face. At every follow-up appointment, she gave me time to ask my questions, showed me the incremental closing of the wound by taking photos at each visit and reviewing them with me, and encouraged me to "give it time." It's now 6 months out, and I have a barely visible tiny pink line that continues to fade, as she predicted. I have complete confidence in her, and was happy to discover on returning home from the ER that she is well-regarded by her peers. I was lucky she was on call and I know it.
