I'm in no way saying I deserve a handout, but I've been without water for 2 months because they couldn't wave the reconnect fee of $70 on my $50 bill. I think that $70 for someone to unlock a MasterLock is excessive and taking advantage of lower income people. And I've tried paying my bill, no go without the reconnect fee.

Not the best but not the worst water, either. Price has continued to increase every year....guess they are just passing on the increases. Their meter reader will kill your grass riding his liquor cycle through all the front yards..
