When I signed up for my lessons, due to the economy, I was concerned about laying out the significant prepayment required for the lessons. The owner told me any unused lessons were fully transferable to any Arthur Murray studio or refundable. Over six months later, after transferring for work, which was fully disclosed upon me registering, I am still trying to obtain my refund or transfer the remaining lessons. One of the few times I actual got the owner on the phone he said "he did not have the money to repay me right now" and we agreed to a payment plan. However, I am still waiting for the check . . . FULLY REFUNDABLE? cause I'm still waiting - buyer beware. I am still seeking payment / or guaranteed lesson transference. I called again today and still havent received a call back.
