I had a huge pile of rotting wood (a large tree cut down), an old buggy pile of firewood, and a heavy big screen television that needed to go. I looked at Craig's list for the job but felt it was important to have someone licensed and bonded. (If someone had been injured carrying these very heavy items, I would have been legally liable.) I also called 1- 800-Got-Junk. Very nice workers but a ridiculously high bid. (They are clearly making their money on name recognition--they can't compete on pricing.) I settled on Mike and Dad's Hauling because the bid seemed fair and I liked the people. I wasn't disappointed. Two very very strong, very professional workers moved the items with lightning speed and cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks guys! Their supervisor John was also a gem--extremely professional, friendly, and fair. I would recommend this family-owned business in a heartbeat. I will definitely be calling them next time I need something hauled away.
