Incredibly impressed. I was at a random, backwater spot and only wanted to go a mile or two. Despite the lack of profit incentive and busy time of the day, I was picked up exactly when they said and delivered where I wanted to go at a very good price - even considering the short distance. Most other cab companies would have left me stranded. The driver was friendly and helpful. An ethical and efficient company in my experience. I highly recommend this cab service!

5am pickup right on time. Called 30 minutes before to let me know the driver was en route. Helped with luggage. Driver was professional and pleasant. Ask for Ali...I plan to next trip!

Have used this service twice and not been disappointed. Driver is friendly and helpful. Not deluxe, but gets you where you need to go at a reasonable price.

Wonderful... 5 stars...the driver I have had is Ali. He is so kind and pleasant and so dependable. I lost my car in an accident with a tractor trailer. It has been so hard on me but Ali is always there when I call.

Called twice no one picks up!!!

I called to set up a next day pickup early in the AM to the airport and was told no problem and given a rate. The next morning the taxi did not show and no one answered repeated calls to find out if/when someone would be showing up. As well, the rate I was quoted was $32 for an early morning pickup but was told that if I called for midday/evening pickup it would only be $22. I've never known a taxi service to charge different rates because of time of day... I live in Arbutus and would prefer to use our local businesses but i won't be calling Arbutus Taxi again.

Incredible service! Had an airport emergency. Son was about to miss flight but Arbutus got him to the airport fast and safe! Very, very nice and helpful!!!! Definitely recommend this service!
