Carl DaVia founded harbor Associates in 1985. We are a small company striving to maintain our reputation of honesty and integrity in the real estate business. It is our goal to provide each of our clients with a positive and rewarding experience while searching for a home. That is why our agents are committed to quality customer service and professionalism. Our number one goal is to look out for our client's best interests. Harbor Associates focuses primarily in New Haven County. We specialize in residential and commercial properties, however we also handle new construction and are HUD certified. Harbor Associates is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Multiple Listing Service.
