A great and dependable company. Locally owned and operated. Very competitive in price with the most up to date equipment available.

Had service with them for 6-7 years, never had to call until last month. It took several tries over 2 days before the tech (Phil, he's great!) finally left a message to call him back. So I called his cell directly two weeks later, when I could again take off from work to be at the panel during work hour. The 1 minute talk over the phone resulted in a $29.65 bill!. Talking about service!!! The panel had a low battery warning, but not whether from the sensors or the backup battery. Digital also left a message, thus the reason for the call. It literally took the tech over the phone seconds to determine that it was the backup battery! Was surprised by the bill a week later. I understand there is a $75 service call charge, according to the contract, that includes up to 1 hour of labor. But for 1 minute over the phone?. How about customer service? They had no problems cashing my checks for 7 years. Lesson: Avoid calling them, just buy the batteries and replace one by one.

0I have been a customer of Digital Security for a few years and have always received outstanind service. Their staff is always friendly and helpful They monitoring service is exceptional and the cost is reasonablly low compared to others. The systems they offer are realitively low cost and easy to use. I have used other security companies before but I have never received the personal attention from them that I receive from this company. I also like the fact that they are local and locally owned and operated. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends, family and neighbors.
