This review concerns OXFORD PLACE apartments. Which is run by the same people and owned by the same man as Kingsway.



Update: It's August 14th. I put in my work orders via email on the 24th of July and have not even so much as gotten a phone call from them or the maintenance...except that one time their property manager called me on her personal phone about something that WASN'T involving my work orders and proceeded to hang up on me when I tried to discuss them with her. Yeah...this company is just...yeah....



Having a TERRIBLE experience with this company RIGHT NOW! Their management of the property is completely unprofessional. I got hung up on by one of he agents yesterday because they're getting tired of my complaints. The thing is, I've lived here for over five years and have the SAME complaints I had five years ago...so I'm getting tired of their BULL. (As in they're doing absolutely nothing about them).



They have all the keys downstairs in the electrical room and someone in the building lets the lock-outs in and they're still charging sixty dollars a pop to let people in. Also, we've seen regular civilians and ALMOST hired help accessing that room downstairs with all of the keys in it. I've had to buy a surveillance camera for inside of my apartment because I'm afraid that just ANYONE can get to the keys!



We are military and are getting out of their property as fast as the military pays to move us and we are never renting from another property managed by Abbitt Reality or owned by Rajesh Randeria after our terrible experience and the rude behavior of the agents at Abbitt!! If you rent from this company or the companies associated with the owner of Oxford Place we believe you will have a bad experience!!



ABBITT FIX OUR WORK ORDERS!! And for goodness sakes Mr. Randeria, at least stop ignoring my messages!!

Properties run by Rajesh Randeria: Tazewell Hotel & Suites on Granby Street, the Kings Way Apartments in Hampton, Oxford Place Apartments, and the Governor Dinwiddie and the Oxford Place Condominium apartments (Though I believe the Governor Dinwiddie has been sold)



ALSO they're putting band-aids where real work needs to be done to repair things. Also, I have seen sewage back up into apartments here from what I believe is neglect of the sewage system. Some guy has to come here like once a month to do something temporary to fix it for another month. This is only one of the instances of what seems like neglect that I have witnessed!
