Went on tues night in oct, sat in line 20 mins or so, moved up 2 cars, I would fire those working the window, got out of line, parked, went in and ordered, took another 20 mins to get 2 milkshakes, people standing around everywhere, I have never seen so many employees at one fast food place , inside was mostly empty, outside had a line, Completely incompetent people inside with the exception of the guy wiping tables, Milkshakes were half full of whipped cream instead of shake,,lousiest shake I ever received from a steak and shake,,will never waste another hour going there.
