Let me just say WOW!!! This place is hands down amazing from the service to the food we just moved here and let me tell you hands down the best place we have been. Will definitely be back.. good prices too..

Madie gets 5 stars from us and Morello's gets 5 stars as well. The focaccia bread was great. The garlic knots are the BEST I ever had. The spinach and chicken flat bread was amazing. The ranch and the marina was so good we bought a pint of each to go.

Ate there tonight with my husband and kids. We were charged for a side item that the menu said came with the meal. Only a $2.99 charge and assumed it was simply a mistake. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, Mia, who became incredibly rude and said she had never had anyone complain and had been working there for 4 years. Even after I showed her the menu where it says clear as day that a side comes with the meal, she refused to issue the refund. She simply kept telling us we were wrong and that she had worked there for 4 years. The manager finally stepped in and said to give us the refund. Mia became upset and said she wasn't dealing with us and walked off. The manager had to call her back because he couldn't figure out how to do the refund to our card. While processing the refund, she started saying we were wrong and that she had worked there for 4 years. My husband told her that we were not wrong, we were going by what the menu says. She then became even more rude, gave us a dirty look, and said she didn't know why he was even talking about it because he said all of it before. My husband told the manager they have some great customer service there and the manager still said nothing to the waitress about her attitude.

I have been eating lunch at Morellos nearly every single day M-F and have never had a problem before tonight. I have always gotten along with the staff very well. However, after what happened tonight, I will not go back and will tell every person I know what horrible service we received.

As good as it gets ?? You mean as good as it was before you moved out of smugglers old building, sry the pizzas just not up to par for last 3yrs.

I wrote the last review, Had another cadillac cause it was our fav, they have upped its price and was told that they use less items on it by a manager, well it was awful nothing like original this was like some Mackies knockoff, no bacon no ham 4 pineapple chunks, crust was blan, a real shame I dont know if ill be back here.

Picked up a 16" Cadillac pizza and it was great, so much fresh stuff on it, cant get great pizzas like here, anywhere else.

Pizza was better before they movef to this new location, Mostly kids work here I dont get it kitchen area looks like hs lunch room. Great salads card board crust pizzas with usually good toppings.
