My 3 year old daughter hurt her arm playing on our play set and I came here because the urgent care closest to our house closed early. I carried her in, and the lady at the front desk said that she is too young for them to X-ray and to bring her to the emergency room. We never saw a doctor and was sent away right away. I took her Huron Vally Hospital approximately 20 minutes away (with an injured 3 year old who cried every time I turned, curved or hit a bump). The hospital got her in to see a doctor right away and a doctor saw her immediately. After looking at her arm, the doctor concluded that it was just “nurse maids elbow.” He pulled and twisted her arm a little to pop the tendon back in place... no X-rays needed. We are waiting on paperwork and will be on our way home. Don’t waist your time coming to this urgent care. They are a worthless waste of real estate and an even worse waist of time

The nurse that works here is horrible! She is completely rude and I've had her several times. She was nasty to me every time. Wish they would get a new nurse.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been. From finger cuts to sand in the eye. Been there multiple times. Always come out very satisfied.

I went there for the first time for a bladder infection and they were very nice to me. I got in and out in 30 minutes. The doctor was professional and friendly and office is spotless. I will recommend this facility to my friends and family.
