B.enviroSAFE, Inc will develop and implement policy and procedures to maintain compliance with permits and regulations as well as prepare and maintain records for clients and submit reports when required or requested. B.enviroSAFE, Inc will inspect facilities periodically to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and file written reports of inspection results and recommendations for correction of violations. We conduct compliance audits, site investigations, environmental assessments, pre-acquisition audits and Phase I audits.B.enviroSAFE, Inc conducts audits of facilities for compliance with regulations and permit requirements and makes recommendations for short term/immediate compliance, and implements programs for long term compliance. Our team also prepares annual emission inventories and calculates appropriate fees for permitted facilities, sometimes resulting in emission fee refunds of previous payments.B.enviroSAFE, Inc is an accredited emission tester in Louisiana for initial, semi-annual and annual tests. B.enviroSAFE, Inc also conducts initial and quarterly testing in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas and conducts quarterly testing in Texas and New Mexico.B.enviroSAFE, Inc can prepare air permits for sources located in any state as well as Title V Operating permits for major sources. Through facility audits and or verbal communication we can advise if changing conditions or proposed changes warrant a permit or permit modification. B.enviroSAFE, Inc will prepare Risk Management Plans for facilities jurisdictional under 40 CFR Part 68.B.enviroSAFE, Inc conducts compliance audits to evaluate the status of clients' compliance as they relate to environmental and safety laws and regulations. We focus on identifying non-compliance issues, recommending appropriate remedial action, and providing cost estimates for compliance.B.enviroSAFE, Inc conducts pre-acquisition audits for clients to provide them with potential environmental liabilities before commitment to purchasing property/ existing facilities.B.enviroSAFE, Inc conducts audits for compliance with applicable regulation and laws, inspection of existing programs/property and investigation into the root cause of accidents and incidents. We will focus on identifying non-compliance issues, recommending appropriate remedial action, and providing cost estimates for compliance. B.enviroSAFE, Inc will implement personal protective equipment programs and conduct appropriate training. We will prepare and keep current contingency and response plans for accidents/incidents. B.enviroSAFE, Inc will conduct periodic training on matters of workplace safety, spill prevention, clean-up, proper use and handling of hazardous materials. We can also provide a written "Hazard Communication Program" and provide the necessary training. B.enviroSAFE, Inc can prepare and revise as necessary SARA Title III, Tier II reports. B.enviroSAFE, Inc will prepare Risk Management Plans for facilities jurisdictional under 40 CFR Part 68.B.enviroSAFE, Inc will provide our clients with an Operation, Maintenance & Inspection manual designed for the client, using their existing policy and procedures, where possible. We will conduct cathodic surveys, vehicular patrols, line walks, class surveys, and identify High Consequence Areas ( HCA's ). B.enviroSAFE, Inc, with advance notice, will be present with a client's representative during government agency inspections. B.enviroSAFE, Inc provides pipeline operator qualification training as detailed in the "Operator Qualification " page.
