When I first started training at Bob Meserve's Health and Self Defense, I was an insecure, shy kid. After several years of working out and training with the well qualified instructors at several of Master Meserve's studios I began to gain confidence and security. I began looking at life in a different way. I received my black belt and realized that anything was possible through hard work. If you're a parent considering signing your child up for classes, I strongly suggest you give it a try. In elementary school I would have considered myself an average student at best. With the self confidence I gained through the training and self discipline taught at Bob Meserves I have succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. I went on to study political science at Harvard University and plan on running for a seat in the Senate. Without the solid background and self respect I was introduced to at the studios I may never have realized my full potential. Thank you for everything Master Meserve.
