      My Ford F-150 broke down outside of Hays. After making several calls, I finally hooked up with Doug and Ward's Automotive Repair. He was quick to diagnose the problem and got us fixed and back on the road in a few hours time. He was even kind enough to shuttle me back and forth to our hotel while we were waiting. Great shop and a great guy to work with! Thank you Doug!

      I was very pleased to meet up with Doug after having some car problems on my way from St Louis to Denver. His kind and concerned words were a relief to me as I was driving with my elderly mother and he diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly so we could get back on the road. Thanks, Doug!
