We have used The Palms Pet Resort since they first opened. Everyone, from the front desk, to the groomers, to the Play Care employees, are so friendly. You can tell they love the pets. We currently have 2 Golden Retrievers and 1 Sheltie who use the facilities. When I bring the dogs to Play Care, they drag me from my vehicle because they are so excited to get to Play Care. I also use the boarding facilities and they are fantastic. I used one other one time because it was a last minute decision. When I picked them up from the other place, they stunk and had mud all over them. I will always go back to The Palms Pet Resort for boarding.
