I have had a box here for 2 years and never had a problem.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! ..So convenient for me to get the Notary done and get out they have 4 Notaries, there is always one there :)...(the kind of work I do we need notary service at least once a month) This place is always packed with people I think they pay their utility bills there ( I mail mine) Notary Girl Told me now they do LIVE SCAN (what is LIFE SCAN?) Over all The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT That's why I keep going to them for all my shipments and Notaries for the past 4 years.... THIS STORE CHARGE LESS THAN STAPLES FOR THEIR FAX SERVICES $1.00 A PAGE Also they send FREE FAX if you are sending your RESUME FOR JOB SEARCH.. I Think it's nice for them to not charge if some one doesn't have JOB. I think that's another reason I keep going to them they are reasonable and try to help the community....

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This place is always packed & still girls behind the register keep smile on their face and willing to help you with your needs. one day, I was waiting in line and I saw middle aged women wasn't ready with her bills but the girl still was very polite and waited for the lady to get her bills out and then she start giving one by one to the clerk.. and we were in the back all waiting and getting impatiant that why this lady wasn't ready with the stubs if she comes and pay her bills here every month. and when it was my turn I simply forgot to rip my bottom part of the stub also and the clerk was very nice and didn't say any thing but I felt so bad for not being ready. Bless those girls who works their all day and still doesn't get frustrated . I think the kinda music they play that helps them. I also notice that their Boss always back up the girls I never saw fear of boss in those girls eyes they all seem to work like a big team. i wish where I work my co workers and boss work like this then work will be fun for me too..

Mail Depot Plus provides professional Notary Services and Live Scan Services ,and the best thing is that they ALWAYS have one available so it made it convenient for me when I needed one and didn't have to wait to make an appointment for another day like other places. I have been coming here for a very long time to pay my bills, and even though they are very busy they still get us in and out fairly quickly compared to other bill paying places in town. I also find the girls to be very helpful and polite!! I love this place and I will keep on coming here! This is why they deserve 5 stars.. I highly would recommend Mail Depot Plus!

Absolute WORST costumer service!!!!!!!!!!! I went in there with a vary large item and was looking to spend $184.11, in shipping, I asked several times if there was anything cheaper, they never answered my question so than me and my fiance waited as the girl walked around the store ignoring us when the manager came up and didn't even take one look at my fiance, then proceeded to ask if he had been helped when he replied with "i am just waiting for my items" she then puts her hand up and moves her hand in a shooing motion and rolls her eyes! We where not greeted when we came into the store and it was not a happy environment as for the girl rolling her eyes at us! I took my money else where! Will never get business from me or my family and friends! & I will be contacting her manager!
