      Be very careful using this company for residential surveying and site/grading plans. The home grading plan they prepared for me started out requiring more than 1000 tons of soil to be imported and when I asked that they change the plan to 'soil neutral', they took 3 more attempts...AND CHARGED ME HUGELY FOR EACH ATTEMPT! I consider this to be highly unethical behavior! Also note that they charged me for EVERY phone call and even PREPARATION for phone calls! Ridiculous! Avoid this company. There are much better options.
