We had the pleasure of dealing with both Rick and Luis of Viking Windows. I purchased a new home, and the only thing that wasn’t impact was the front door. We called numerous companies, and most didn’t answer or call back. We began running into the same road-block. The companies that did answer said they were too busy or quoted unreasonably expensive prices, leaving us to imagine no one wanted to take on a job of only one set of doors.

Luis and Rick communicated with me through multiple calls and texts. They were patient and answered numerous questions and provided us with multiple quotes for different designs that we liked. They were very honest with me and recommended against some options I was considering (whereas most companies would jump at the opportunity to up-charge).

Once we decided on a style, we placed our order. They called/messaged me several times to update me on the status of my order. Once my door arrived, we found some scratches on it and upon informing Luis, he had it picked up and a new one made and delivered. No pushback, no arguing. We felt the need to leave an honest review since we are so content with the outcome - some minor setbacks, but handled very professionally.

Installation day came and Tony and his helper arrived on time and spent most of their day installing our door. Tony is very meticulous and professional. Incredible workmanship, attention to detail, patient, and constantly cleaning after himself. I cannot say enough about how well he completed this project.

Our door came out amazing and we cannot believe how much better our home looks.
