wow! I see I am not alone here! I haven't been late on a payment and yes they hound you like a week before your due again. They call and tell you to call them by 5 , they text you and say to call them by 5. They don't give up. And I'm not even late. They are rude and nasty! They drove me to the point that I voluntary turn my car in. Yes I did! Went to a real dealer Paramount Kia and was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul with $350 down! That's right and my credit was a little over 600. It took about an hour and a half to seal the deal. What a different it made dealing with a real car dealership then these buy here pay here. Never again!! yes my credit took a hit. Not too bad , Its recovering just fine. I'm happy now!

THE WORST!!!!! They are very nasty and hang up on you!!! If you don't understand something they couldn't be bother with you. They all must hate life and there jobs!!!I I haven't been late since I got this loan. but the phone calls and text message are unreal. a week and a half before your payment is due . its non stop. I had ask them to stop and they don't listen. so now I block them. Im trying to refinance, if not 3 more horrible years with them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I hate my car because of them.The moment I pay this car off is the day I'm going to a real car dealer and buy a new car!

By far the sorriest people I have ever dealt with and heaven forbid you get behind on a payment, they’ll repo your car if you’re late on one payment and either keep your stuff or break what they do let you have back, I beg anyone that’s looking for a loan to steer clear of these crooks

Unifour will do nothing but lie to you and then make your life hell. After setting me up with insurance themselves at the car lot I had no idea when my insurance payment was due. After 2 weeks of digging and calling multiple numbers - because they magically didn't have the info. - my insurance was cancelled. When I spoke with them and told them I would have it fixed the next day -and left another message stating the same thing because they had closed early - they repossessed my car that night knowing they would have insurance information the next morning. They will take the first chance they get to charge you an insane fee and offer payments on said fee that will make sure you cannot afford your already overpriced car. Do not buy from this company. Taking the bus or walking is better than the headache and trouble a car financed through them will give you.

Poor services they will not work with you at all. This company doesn't care if you got laid off orn your child is hurt. Even though your still making past due payments and trying to get caught up they're still non understanding. Do not recommend this company to anyone take your time and money eles where

I'm warning you all do not use the place cause they don't care if you are hardship or not they will take your vehicle after being 3-10 days late.
