      We offer unfurnished residential housing with 3, 6 & 12 month leases! We're located just minutes outside of Ft. Stewart! We offer a nice, clean, quiet, well maintained family atmosphere! We currently rent out unfurnished 2 & 3 bedroom homes. Most are pet/animal friendly and most have full size washer / dryer connections! NO appointment necessary to view, feel free to stop by anytime during our regular business hours!

      We have an onsite laundry facility that is open 7 days a week for our Guests and Residents, and we always have plenty of quarters in the office should anyone need them! Monthly pest control and lawn care too! Fully equipped ONSITE gym! 1500sq ft, FREE, open 24/7, secure and all commercial grade equipment too! Onsite night watchman! Onsite 24/7 emergency maintenance and home lock out services! Mail / package receiving for all Residents and Guests! Located only 5-10 minutes from Gate 8 on Ft. Stewart! Onsite storage units available for all tenants and guests! We accept rent payment in the following forms: ALLOTMENT, CREDIT/DEBIT, CASH, MONEY ORDER - you may even call and pay over the phone OR we have a handy sheet you can fill out allowing us to charge your card a specific amount on a specific date!
