Great Store

I have been going to this store for years

and have had nothing but a great experience. Very friendly owner and always welcoming. Different items every time you go.

I would tell people not to use Roycroft's. I had been a customer for years buying and selling. But that changed today after I called to confirm the time they were coming and to see if they were looking or picking up. They confirmed pick up of items and arrival time. Apparently when they arrived twenty five minutes early, they left,(they did call me but unfortunately I was on the way to them). When I called them to see what happened I was informed they would not come back, they looked in the windows (most shades were down) and they were not interested. Funny, a lot of the items I purchased from them, The could not see packed antiques, dishes, decorative items, holiday displays, the 65" TV or anything in the garage or basement. Well i guess the dishes, tables, lamps, and decorations I purchased from them must have been junk to begin with. I used to send everyone to them. Now I am letting everyone Know just who they are doing business with. Do not buy from them (because apparently it's not worth what you pay for it and don't sell to them because they weren't even considerate enough to be there at the agreed time .
