I got Ripped Off! I'm very disappointed. Got call with an original estimate of about $1100. When I refused to do the repair he called me back and said he figured out way he could fix the car for 1/2 the price. So I gave ok! That sounded greaI! Next day after I picked up car, the car broke down again while I was driving to work. Took it back to Mike's again. And was told by Bo, he was not sure what problem was but I should go ahead and do the rest of work that needed to be done for the $1100. This is after they already tricked me into paying $600. They nickel n' dime me for alot of things on the car but never fixed the real problem. They lied to me so they could take my money. Now I still have a broke down car and lost $600. Word of advice to Mike's Auto, don't offer to fix for less $ if u can't. Don't lie! I would have respected your position and still been a loyal customer.

Took my car in on Saturday and left it with the Mgr. Beau. He called me a couple hours later with the price and said they couldn't do it until Monday because they close early on Saturday but I could leave the car there. I picked it up Monday afternoon and didn't notice until I got home that it was missing a half tank of gas and had 90 additional miles on it! I found a receipt from BrandsMart in Deerfield Beach (25 miles away) and his kid's football in my trunk! When I called Mike, the owner of the shop, he knew about it and said that his manager made an error in judgment and that he was a "good guy" and a "good manager." He offered me an oil change for another vehicle or a gift card to a restaurant to make up for it. Beware people!

I would like to begin by thanking Al Yaghy General Manger for his honest evaluation of my car. I recently baught a Nissian Sentra for my daughter and being its a used car i had Al look it over and make a list of all recommencded services. He gave me a detailed list of repair and maintance needed and throughly explained what needed to be repair now and what could wait. No pressure from Al what so ever, just honesty which I want to say how much I appreciate that. I highly recommend Mike's for repairs.

I just left Mikes Great Bear with the nicest feeling...They were very kind and explained things so i could understand and not feel like i was being taken because I'm a woman. It was a pleasure to speak with Al the manager. He really made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend these guys for repairs...very honest and friendly....

I was recommended to go to Great Bear by a friend. I had purchased a mazda millenia from a used car dealer and was told it needed a computer by another mechanic. I took it to Mike the owner and he checked it and said it was a mass air flow sensor and changed it for only 350.00 Now the car runs great I was quoted over 1000. for a computer I am so happy now. Thanks Mike for the great service.

I have been a long time customer of Mike's Great Bear Automotive and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would like to say that Mike and his staff are honest and professional

They overfilled my transmission fluid by 2 qts on one car and underfilled by 1qt on another. When bolting my transmission fluid pan back on they forgot to put one of the bolts back in. VERY BAD. Could have toasted my transmission. This place charges way too much for basic services. Unfriendly staff. Dirty little hole in the wall. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
