Anastasia and her staff are the best. Recently I had an overflowing toilet in the middle of the night which we were awoken by our downstairs neighbors as the water had leaked down on them. Thank God I have renters insurance because the damage to my condo and the ones below was extensive. I contacted Anastasia right away and within minutes I was contacted by the adjuster and was put up in a hotel while the repairs were done which was 3 weeks. Cant' imagine where or what I would have done without renters insurance and the help his office provided.
