Just tried O Sushi for the first time. I am very impressed. Rolls are delicious and complex. Rivals many of the rolls that you will find in California. Their menu is large and has items for the sushi lover and non sushi lover alike! Staff is very friendly and the look of the restaurant is quite authentic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great Sushi experience in the Birmignham/Hoover Area. Located across from Kohls in the Grove Shopping Center.
