these people send you stuff in the mail and act like they are with the homestead exception office. they ask you to sign and return. little do you know that they will have your property value reduced by a mere $10,000 for exception purposes and then send you a bill for $150.00.. be careful of the papers you just sign and send back. they slip(in very small print) a contract. they are scammers...beware...
