So disappointed. I've been shopping at various Goodwills for years. Went here and purchased some furniture on a Saturday night. They said I could pick it up at 9 a.m. the next day. Arrived at 9, and they said I couldn't get it until 12 noon! What?! They were there and I was there -- but I couldn't get it! They were on a power trip, especially the management diva, Renee. I said "never mind, just give me a refund." Nope, no refunds! So when I returned later, it took the guy more time than necessary to bring it out. It wasn't tied down, and the wind blew it OFF THE CART and onto the cement, damaging it. No apology - he acted like it was a big imposition that he even had to be at work. I asked Renee of she would discount the item because of the new damage, and she rattled off a lot of words that resulted in saying "no" (trying to sound very sophisticated and managerial). You might get some bargains here, but if you need ANY type of customer service (even just asking what time to come pick something up), you will be at their mercy for incorrect information and being treated as if you are a complete annoyance. Good luck. There are better places to shop where you will be treated with respect.
