I bought a chair there less than a year ago and the seat seam split. The warranty is a waste of paper. It will cost me $80 for labor to get the seam - a manufacturer defect - fixed. I had to wait 2 months for the seat to be delivered to me. Then, I have to call and leave a voice mail that will be returned within 24 hours (not holding my breath) to pay before services can be scheduled. Then, the repairman will call and schedule a time when they have available to come out and do the repair. What a merry-go-round! I have a week off and have to spend it calling, waiting, and finally repairing a manufacturer defect and the best part is that my time is not worth as much as theirs is obviously. I have to pay $80 for the warranty to fix this defect. Way to back up your products. I will buy from Gallerie from now on. He stands by his warranty and ships a replacement within 24 hours. I know because it happened once - only once - and I was so stupid to go to La-Z-Boy for a "better" product. Never again. We have a chair from Gallerie that is 8 years old and still looks new - no seam rips or problems. I have bought most of my furniture there. Why? oh why? did I choose not to take the long drive? The drive is worth it. I will never buy from La-Z-Boy again. Poor product with no backbone.

I bought a chair over a month ago and was told it should take about a month but they had to put up to 12 weeks. I called today and was told it would be 2 more months. It would cost $250 to cancel. I would never shop there again.
