      This guy Pete Franks is a fraud. Will not pay his vendors or contractors. Stated that he would pay me after I complete the fence job I erected and he has not paid me. Claims i did a bad job after being at his property for 3 weeks.

      MEPCO has provided full-service turbo machinery repairs in the Houston area for more than 30 years. The company s in-house services include inspection, machining, grinding, balancing, metalizing, CAD drafting, stress analysis, repair documentation and reverse engineering of all major turbo components, including turbine blades and compressor wheels. MEPCO applies its expertise to the repair of turbines, compressors, pumps, centrifuges, blowers, gear boxes and a variety of other rotating equipment. It also manufactures impellers, pump shafts, discs and just about anything associated with rotating equipment. MEPCO is a private company with approximately 50 employees.
