Love the always updated selection of better gifts candles and dinnerware. Wonderful caring knowledgeable staff. Can't recommend Robert's enough.

This store has a nice selection of gifts but be aware of their holiday return and exchange policy. They don't return or exchange with receipt and tag still on. They never mentioned it or saw any visible signs to warn about it. I had an ornament too big after shopkeepers recommendation and it was too heavy to top small tree. I brought it back and they wouldn't even let me exchange it for smaller size. There ate many other shops in Houston such as Bering's to go with better store policies. Not going to give them my business anymore.

I have moved to CO almost 2 years ago, prior to that lived in Lufkin, TX for almost 9 years. Still ALWAYS went to Robert's to find just the right gift for someone, for a special occassion or for myself !! Miss them and make sure I go every time I am in Houston!
