I was nervous the first time I went to Robin as I had not been to a stylist in years after some horrible experiences. She was both professional and knowledgeable about the latest products, techniques and hair/scalp issues. I have problems with severe breakage and hair loss due to medical/medicinal complications, and she takes the extra effort to research care options for me. Her experience allows her to be candid and informative whether it is cutting my hair in a particular style, chemically treating it, or general care. I've been going to Robin Hoods for over fifteen years because she (Robin) is simply (in my humble opinion) the best - a consummate professional with a good eye for detail, an acute sense of style along with the art and skill to make it happen. She really does wonders with hair. After years of walking into strip mall chain haircutters who immediatedly tried to pull out the electric clippers just because I'm a guy or couldn't understand what I wanted done with my hair as hard as I tried to describe it to them, I've never had those problems with Robin. She'll give you exactly what you ask for, and, if she feels your hair needs a tad more work to make it perfert, her suggestions are spot on. I get nervous just thinking about someone else cutting my hair. Her shop is cozy and the conversaion is always good.

My hair literally was destroyed by another stylist. I went to Robin, and with much patience, she got me back on the road to a normal head of hair! She had an immediate solution for my thinning and damaged hair. Robin customized a hair piece just for me an no one can tell it's not my real hair!!! Definitely worth checking her out!!!
