The Golf Clinic is a new health and wellness experience serving Houston and surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of services for a complete program promoting total body health and physical conditioning. Our primary services are Fitness Instruction and Sports Massage and Bodywork with a network of services to include Chiropractic Care, Nutritional Counseling and Golf Coaching. Our Mission is to provide comprehensive health and wellness services tailored to todays golfer. By tailoring the clients experience based on an initial interview and detailed assessment information, we ensure our clients success and satisfaction by providing measurable benefits and results. At the Golf Clinic we believe that the muscles used in the golf swing should be both strong and flexible to produce the desired result. As with any sport, the athlete involved trains and prepares according to the demands of the sport. The golf swing is a complex, explosive and physically stressful action and the body must be prepared to both produce and withstand the forces required for powerful drives. The average golfer may not know what muscles contribute to the golf swing, which is why The Golf Clinic has developed a body/muscle conditioning program, for those golfers that want to push their game and overall health beyond average.
