i returned items on sunday afternoon, 6/23/2013 that i had put on my debit card, but used the card as a credit. i was told i could not get the cash back because the card was used as a credit. i was also told the money would show up in my acct with in 48 hours, today is 6/27/2013 and the money still is not in my account. i called lowes about this situation and was told it could take up to 14 days to see this money returned to me. this is bad business. when i purchased these items i returned, lowes had gotten their money right away. why should i have to wait 14 day to get mine. again bad business.
