Technician OLDS is great!!!!!!!! serviced my boiler and fixed my burner it saved me on my oil consumption.Give him a raise!!!!!!!!

No longer a customer after almost ten years. I received a bill for 100 gallons of oil that I never ordered. When I contacted Cher at Fred Fuller (HUDSON) she couldn't figure out why. I was not scheduled for a delivery nor had I called for one. After over a week I received an email to contact the company. In doing so I was told that I owed for the delivery because the driver made a mistake and delivered to me instead of another home. REALLY!!!! My gauge looks the same, I never found tag on my door from the delivery and I never saw a truck in my driveway! I questioned the validity of the delivery and Dave (credit Manager) became irate and yelled at me. Great customer service, you made an error and expect me to pay for a delivery that may never have actually happened???? I don't think so. Almost ten years with them and this is what I get! Check your deliveries people, I just went on the BBB and they have 10 complaints against them 3 of which are about this type of unethical practice.

You get gr8 service, they are professional and the best prices u`ll find around. Not a big corporate greedy pig! They are great n have quite a few areas that they do wonderful service to.

Do not know what the other two people with the bad reviews are complaining about!!!! last year Fred Fuller let us out of our prebuy to get the lower price when he didn't have to and saved us a ton of money. i can only imagine how much $ he saved people of NH state wide....i have not heard of any other oil company that did that, Fred Fuller deserves a reward of recognition. They have the cheapest price, nicest and extremely knowledgeable service men and when you call no matter day, night or holiday it is always a Fuller employee! i have gone down the road with other Oil Companys and always got a busy, machine or answering service, it seems like if you didn't call between 8 and 4 you where out of luck. (Believe me when i tell you this) that is not the case with Fuller they are best in the state and I'm not going anywhere else!!!!

Highly Recommended. Been a customer for years. What other company can you call over and speak directly to the owner if you have a question or concern? Now that's what I call service. If you have the ability his Cash Price Discount cannot be beat!

Service dept not very good, svc mgr condescending and a hot head. Original tech smelled like an hadn't showerd in weeks. I buy my oil elsewhere and have a private oil tech. Much better.

Will not service your oil furnace unless you are a customer who buys oil at their very inflated price. I dropped them a few years ago because I could get oil for less at another place. With oil prices so high this was saving me big bucks every year. But I do need repair and cleaning. They refused my business because I wouldn't buy oil from them... I guess they don't like money.
