In the beginning Bio Clean Services serviced only the Northeast Ohio area only but through our continued efforts to provide superior customer service we now service the entire States of ; Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia through our many satellite locations located throughout those states. Marc Onesta and his team of highly trained cleaning and decontamination technicians have many years of cleaning, restoration and construction experience. Bio Clean Service provides a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to all of its customers. This type of work is not for everyone and Bio Clean Services only hires the best possible people. You can trust Bio Clean Services to completely recover any scene or situation you may unfortunately be faced with.The employees at Bio Clean Services are a group of highly trained professionals that adhere to strict moral and ethical guidelines regarding the sensitivity and understanding of customer situations. Every situation or scene is different and Bio Clean Services' employees understand that and we do everything possible to provide discreetion at a job site. All employees under-go hundreds of hours of in-class training as well as on-the-job training to become properly certified technicians. All technicians for Bio Clean Services have been screened by a Federal background check, sex offender list check as well as numerous other requirements.Bio Clean Services provides same day service for certain types jobs and emergency service for any and all biohazard / "Crime Scene" situation. With our many response technicians available and multiple service vehicles response times are usually within two ( 2 ) hours from when an emergency call for service is received. All calls are answered by a live person 24-7, even on holidays and weekends. Payment for ServicesBio Clean Services fees are considered "Normal and Reasonable" for what we do. We follow insurance based pricing standards for all biohazard decontamination.
