The owners and employees of this retail store are not merely incompetent, they are crooks. You'll be well served to avoid doing business with this particular store....drive over to the AT&T store on Route 110 instead.

I was lied to and given misinformation more than once. Beware of the $25 gift to thank you for being a loyal customer. You cannot redeem it unless you sign a new contract. No where does it say you have to do that in the mailing they sent out. When I brought the mailing with me to confront them, they agreed and said they would have the manager contact me. It never happened. You are much better off going any other store. These people will tell you anything to sign you up even if it is not true.
