I know nothing about locks, and don't even know how to ask proper questions about locks, don't know what information locksmiths need in order to give quality service. But regarding my question to the guy at A-1, I got the response, "you've really got to do a lot better than what you just did if you want any help from me." I said never mind and hung up.
