We have three certified ATP's (Assistive Technology Professionsal's) to assist you with your custom mobility needs. We have a very knowledgeable staff with a large showroom, and a full service repair shop with certified technicians. I went in to ask about the correct mount bracket to attach a scooter to an electric lift and the attendants seemed very uncaring and unwilling to help. They simply said that it would cost $700. When I mentioned how expensive it was, you would have thought that they would have tried to work with me, but they did nothing at all. They didn't say that possibly insurance might help or that they could work out an installment. Just very cold and uncaring towards a person in need of assistance. I will never go back there for anything. I'll drive the extra distance to another store first or order on line. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

John at the Healthcare Store has provided me with several wheelchairs over the years. All his staff is exceptional on they do so many kind things to keep me up and running I recommend them to all my clients and even strangers if they ask me about my chair Thank you John and The Healthcare Store I am sure I will enjoy my 6th chair as much as I did my first. 5 years ago I got a power chair from them. They worked with me in getting the best chair possiblr. 5 years later, I am getting another power chair from the same employee who was courteous then as he is now.
