I am a Eagle Rock Sanitation customer and there have been a couple of occasions that we have forgotten to put our trash cans out and the garage truck driver has come up to the house and moved the cans so that he could dump them! How wonderful that customer service still exists! I just wanted to express my appreciation and let the driver know how grateful I am. Thanks so much!!
I am an Eagle Rock Sanitation customer. And I love there service! I forgot to put out my trash one day. My Driver who's name is Scott stopped and got it anyway! Also one day, the neighbours dog. Made a mess out of there can. I watched Scott stop and clean it up. Every last piece! I will never change my service. Jessica
We have been very happy with our service from Eagle Rock Sanitation. We started with them almost three years ago (winter 2008) when one of their competitor's drivers bad attitude became too much to put up with. This week, we performed some major house cleaning and hosted a dinner party for a visiting dance team from Thailand. The cleaning completely filled our trash containers, leaving no space for the trash generated by housing the dance team and hosting the dinner. Within a few hours of calling, they diverted a nearby truck for a special pick-up, and will simply add a small $6 fee to our next bill. That was excellent customer service, and just what we needed!
